Terms & Conditions

Object of the raffle

1. From 07.10.2024 until 15.11.2024 ("Promotion Period"), HRG Hotels GmbH ("HR Group") together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries (together "HR Group") will conduct a prize draw for the following pricesby participating in the prize draw in accordance with the following conditions of participation ("Conditions of Participation"):

• 1 x voucher for 2 nights including breakfast and one dinner including water and 1 glass of house wine or beer on a weekend for 2 persons
• 1 x voucher for 1 overnight stay in a double room including breakfast for 2 people
• 10 x vouchers worth €64 each to be redeemed in an HR Group restaurant or bar

2. The hotels and restaurants for redeeming the vouchers can be freely chosen by the winners within the HR Group portfolio. Always on request and subject to availability.
3. The vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed on request and subject to availability.

4. The terms and conditions of the participating hotel apply to overnight stays and restaurant/bar visits.

5. All further information about the booking process will be communicated to the winners in connection with the prize notification.

6. A combination with other promotions or package offers is excluded.

 

Participation, group of participants

1. Eligible to participate are all those who have been informed directly by HRG about the prize draw by e-mail (“eligible participants”).
2. Participation in the prize draw takes place by subscribing to the HRG B2B newsletter by an eligible person within the above-mentioned promotion period.
3. Each subscription to the HRG B2B Newsletter made in accordance with the previous sentence shall count as an entry into the prize draw.
4. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to the conditions of participation.

 

Determination and notification of the winner

1. After the end of the promotion period, the winner will be chosen by random draw and notified by e-mail.

2. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash disbursement is possible.

3. HRG is entitled to exclude individuals from participation, e.g. in the event of breaches of the conditions of participation, false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition or in the event of a demonstrable attempt to manipulate or manipulation that has taken place.

 

Information and data protection

1. The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the prize draw. Personal data is collected, processed and used exclusively for conducting and processing the prize draw, in particular to determine the eligibility to participate and for the purpose of the payout of the Prize to the respective winner. All personal data provided by the participants will only be transmitted to third parties if the data transfer has been consented to or if it is necessary in the context of processing the prize draw.

3. In accordance with the statutory provisions, every participant has the right to object to the collection of its personal data, revoke its consent to the use or request the deletion. Liability and legal recourse

1. HRG's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. HRG is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions during the transfer process, any technical failures in the system, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the prize draw, unless such damage has been caused by HRG (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or malicious.

2. German law shall apply for the prize draw. Legal recourse to the courts is excluded.

 

Final provisions

Should any provision of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
